I don’t know Ron @RonW, after studying the pic I’m not seeing any OD distinction from the black colored spots, looks like brown, gray, green and black. I wish the inscription on the unit crest, starboard hull, was legible. I’m inclined to think this is a special display APC for some promotional function in-country like USO show or dignitary visit. Who knows?

I thought OD, because of the headlight guards and surrounding area. These being the original colour, perhaps?

I’d agree with that. And then the splotches of medium green and tan/gray over the original OD.
