Warrior Chef Turned Scribe

Hello group.

After all the fun I had creating a 3D sculpture of my wife as a warrior chef, it’s time to design and print another iteration - scribe musician chef.

The pen is mightier than the sword, after all.

The software has gotten more sophisticated and I was able to manipulate the facial features to more accurately resemble her.

The original 3D sculptures I had painted. This one I cheated and had printed in color.

While there’s an option to create the dog, it’s a generic scruffy dog, and not something that looks more like our wonderful yet incredibly stupid beagle.

Stupid question, but why are mushrooms growing on the stone tile base? :face_with_spiral_eyes:

Because the stone tile base was damp and dark.

Seriously, good question. And I can answer it. Close your eyes, sit back, let your imagination open, and travel with me to a far away distant exotic and bizarre land. Almost 20 years ago I took a job in H’El Paso, Texas. One of the houses by realtor took me to had a leaky toilet and a nice layer of water covered the tile floor we’re about a square yard. The house had indoor plumbing in this bathroom was indoor as in about the very center of the house, that’s far away from any of the windows as you could find. No joke, there was one of theoe little funky squid head mushrooms growing up out of the tile near the toilet base. The homeowners also had the electricity shut off. I can only imagine for how long.

And like Raynier said, :sparkles: magic!

That bathroom is probably the closest thing that I’ve come to actually being in a real dungeon. And being as this figurine is representative of a D&D-style adventurer, why not a mushroom? And, wifey likes mushrooms!
