Were King Tiger tanks 314, 100, 101 early or late production in the Battle of Berlin

I don’t remember tanks 314 and 100 in Berlin.
101, 233, 311 are known

These all look to be production versions with the early 9 tooth sprocket if I’m seeing them correct. Wasn’t sure if any of these tanks were late production with the 18 tooth sprocket.

Where these tanks painted in the factory ambush scheme with the small dots?

While difficult to discern from the available photos, “100” appears to have been painted in “Ambush Scheme”.
