What the postman brought today (Armorama)

I am chasing behind the Geländegängiges Mehrzweckgerät 2.

It uses axles and wheel of the IFA W50 truck and “seems” to be an “easy” build.

Brian do you have dreams of being a meter maid?

While not technically brought to me it was left at my mailbox while I’m out of town celebrating my brother’s nuptials.

Plus, i pulled the trigger on that Sd.Kfz.250/1 “Neu” from Dragon, that one will hopefully come before i leave again for my Christmas Holiday.

Sometimes(!)

I was really sort of thinking of something like a repair team along the IGB - perhaps replacing all those particular paving slabs:

which would make a half decent cargo for the vehicle:

Cool, an early Multicar. And with a registration from Hildburghausen, the county next to were I live.
Btw, did you know that the Multicar forms the base for the Mungo Paratrooper transport truck?

I do not. Please enlighten me(!)

Did You think MUNGA the jeep (older than Multicar) or KRAKA, paratrooper ATV ? Because the second one has nothing in common with the dirtsweeper. Edit my bad I forgot about the NEW MUNGO, true its done by the same company (sort of)

The postman brought a new kitty & kitty related play pretties today!

Love the Tiger box art. When kit is built will have to frame the bix art and hang in our living room.

@Khouli Roly, I suspect you pride yourself as having impeccable artisitc taste. Custom Gold or custom Silver frame for the Tiger box art since it’s going living room beside the Monet?

(J/K…maybe)

I had these two books arrive today from Osprey Publishing that they sent for me to review for them.

I didn’t know before that Mr.Hobby had color modulation kits.

There are 4 types in total.

I’m especially pleased that their instructions are detailed and clear.

Thanks; a bit of a stretch but I take your point.

I wish we had some the gun boats in plastic. A T-34 turret as a deck gun is crazy, I like it.

Ordered these two from sprue bros

Probably going straight to the top of my build list, I’m a sucker for half tracks. Was not expecting the bonus figures.

Reading up mini-art dropped the ball on the Germanized version of the M1939 Soviet field gun. They provide the new muzzle brake, but didn’t not move the elevation handle over and
missed other small details. Given that I plan to do a small vignette of the gun in Soviet camo and having just been liberated and hooked up to the Maultier to be hauled away for refit. I plan to do something similar to these camo schemes with a tri-color German camo on the half track.

Last purchase of the year

Nice model, the guy from Modellbau-König where I order it means, one can offer the metal-box to the women of the home, for cristmas-cookies. I think, my girlfriend would’nt be really happy about that :joy:
Not much time for building the last weeks, just one week, then the work-year is over.
Have a nice day✌️
