If the chassis of the ruined kit is OK you could consider building an Überlandwagen.
There are/were resin conversion sets made by PanzerShop …

For the 24 Pz Div Panzer III I am building I needed the box that are often seen on the tanks of that division.
Found a 3D design on the internet, had it printed and it came in today.
So far looking nice and seem to fit nicely, we will see how it comes out.

Actually that’s where the other decals on that build came from- I recognize the sheets now. For some reason, I couldn’t remember where I got them and thought it must be PSM. bookmarked the site for more orders.

You must find someone who can so called SLA printing, I know nothing about 3D printing, but the first 2 companies I approached couldn’t print it and pointed me to someone who could do it with this technique.

My first model from Amusing Hobby…
A while back, I decided to start purchasing some diorama type stuff, discovered the wonderful world of cranes, and put this on the Want List. Dioramas are still a long way off but this will make a fun addition to a display case.
When I showed it to my brother, his first question was, “Where’s the tank?”

Disappointed in what the postman didn’t bring…feel free to skip as this is a grumpy bear flustration venting post.
…SprueBrothers had it on sale 20% off, took the order, billed accordingly but didn’t realize it had sold out. So they refunded (thanks) and my expedited shipping charge was wasted on decals, jerry cans etc that were just to fill out the order as fluff.

, the 3D printed Panzer IV suspension parts, I’d commissioned about nine months ago arrived…one set, complimentary due to delays which was very kind under the circumstances. However, I wanted to buy at least half a dozen to dozen sets for various projects and friends because these are TriStar inspired in design.
I know, I know boo-{♤€king hoo…terrible first world model building problems!
I wouldn’t have mentioned this but all three in the last three days? Must a 1/48 scale conspiracy against a 1/35 modeler…only logical explanation

Blaming all of it on Day Light Savings Time…it’s disrupted everything and got my stars all cattywampus.
Heck, Kali & Joey cats want fed at 5:30 am now instead of 6:30 am, they didn’t read the memo.
On a serious note, it’s probably a cosmic/divine suggestion to stop adding to the stash…lol

Mine have gone the other way and I have slept in more times this week than ever. At least 3 mornings I was slacking til 6:15. Feeding at 6:30-6:45. They go hungry earlier at night. In the fall it will be 4 am wake ups. Feeding time will still be 6 am but they want to make sure I have had the first cup of coffee and ready to go to make their food.

My mrs says the postman has been bringing too much lateley and im now on a ban.
However a trip to Melbourne and to Newcastle is on the cards, both with huge model shops.
She said nothing about purchasing from a shop, just online
