The purchase is small, but very useful and long-desired.

Three levels of graininess (150, 200, 400) and 4 sizes of each (8 mm, 6 mm, 4 mm, 2.5 mm), i.e. 12 files that will cover all my needs for flat files.

I had 3 files from Infini models of different grain sizes, purchased, by the way, on the advice from this forum, but I did not have enough narrow ones.

At first, they were not available in the store, and then it became very difficult to buy.

That Tamiya Mark IV is a fun little kit,I even went with the motorization and let it tool around the dining room table, before I finally relegated it to the shelf

Good to know! It looks like a fun build and will have to make at least one thunder run in front of a fortified feline…

Received this few days ago from a good fellow here. Although, I hardly get an opportunity to build WW2 and extremely rare to build German stuff but it was well worth the $10 purchase and having it in my library.

Got these coming very soon…

T-Walls and Jersey Barriers; complimenting the HESCO Barriers i already have in the stash. I’ve been wanting to create a diorama of a US Army Checkpoint in Iraq/Afghanistan, a little reminder of my time in the sandbox.

I have seen these on eBay and thinking about getting few to try them out. They look well printed.

I hope they look good once they arrive; some grey primer, a light sand, some gray acrylic, grime wash, rust on the metal loops and done… Maybe add some Arabic graffiti to add flavor.

I just ordered this book from Amazon. $25. If I can get my figures looking half as good as the ones on the cover, it’s a bargain and I will be a happy man.
The Gaalheri paint markers came in on Wednesday. I’ve been busy with the grandsons and haven’t opened them yet.

So far so good! I’m only on page 10 and is very well written describing two shades technique.

After I saw David’s 1/16th Panzer IV, I just had to know more on his painting and scratch building.

I ran out of cleaner and decided to replenish my supplies. I really like MrHobby paints and for some reason I clean my airbrush with the branded cleaner after them. After Tamiya paints, I also clean my airbrush with the branded cleaner. But I still have a lot of it.

At the same time I bought metallic ones from this company - they are also running out, but for Soviet technology there is never too much green - it will come in handy.
I chose the store based on the lowest price for the solvent. I bought it for 1190 rubles (divide by 10 in dollars and euros). At the same time, its average price is 1600 rubles, and there are even some for 2150 rubles. Do you also have a range of prices in your country?
