What the postman brought today (Armorama)

5 years on my wish list, finally in my stash:

Stellar service from Yellow House Club once again.

Will build a Bulgarian 8.8 cm Flak 18 tractor out of it- one of the 20 Breda TP 32 Bulgarian Royal Army received in 1941.

The long gone vehicle from the outdoor exhibition of NMMH-Sofia will serve as a guide

And inevitably some scratchbuilding and conversion will take place.

This will be my first autumn 2025 build,

Cheers,
Angel

So Arms Corps Models in Australia has printed up a very completist set of parts to convert the Rye Field 5104 Abrams to the Aussie M1A2 and a pair of them crossed the Pacific maybe a day under the tariffs wire. They’re absolutely gorgeous and very safely packed. Instructions are in the works though a lot of it looks pretty self evident. The engine deck handles are probably out at the edge of my very small parts skill but they are just so pretty.

Bloody hell Luciano - your rate of procurement knows no bounds!

I should think Michael Shackleton can retire now(!)

'Look forward to the AVRE mind.

Wow quite the haul! Excellent!

I hope not! Loads more I would like to get yet on his site.
Well the AVRE 105 was based on the Cent Mk.12 gun tank so first you need to bring an AFV Club Mk.5 up to Mk.12 standard which is a load of different changes, thankfully all catered for by Michael/SMM.

On that I can see several other later Cent variants in the future. Don’t know if my skills are up to it but a Cent ARK would be interesting.

whoa! i didn’t know such a thing is made! i’ve searched for one in the past with no success
is it plastic? 3d printed?

(this post is asking about the drachen)

Hi Phil. It is plastic. There are actually two versions of it, one with figures and one without figures. I bought both of mine from Squadron MMD.

Do you plan on building it soon? I’d love to see it built up.

I gotta say, that’s not the least phallic model I ever saw. If you want a giggle, Google the M109 Suppressor.

Sorry, no immediate plans for a build. For now it will be a dust collector with the others.

Tires are not up-to-date. A case for a 3D printing guy?
