A paying model job got me this. Out of production for quite some time but I was able to get in on a pre order for a limited re release. Incredible service from MFH . Paid on Feb 7 - at my door in NJ on Feb 9 .
All the way from Japan.

Building commenced Feb 11 - that has a nice symmetry - looking forward to seeing this one.

I’m going to tackle the Vincent first . I have emailed Kyoko twice asking if they have plans to reissue the Brough sidecar but have had no response.
@Ferrari166, this aught to be a fun build to watch! I’ve purchased several parts from KFS, but never a full kit. I can say with clarity, the parts I have received have been really nice - good, clean details, and going together as instructed.
Cheers

As this is neither armor or a standard truck, which is the appropriate forum section to use for a build log?
No civilian use? Civilianised Matadors were ten-a-penny in the 1960s.
Should have googled before I posted: lots of them, including some cut down to 4x4’s as a sort of “Super-Matador”
Regards,
M
@Ferrari166, It’s your choice about where you might decide to post. Within the parlance of armor, there are plenty of sub categories, in this case, a truck might be categorized as a “softskin”, meaning not an armored fighting vehicle, which includes most trucks and lighter vehicles.
If you look at the armor categories, you’ll see there are several eras identified, and you could find the one that applies to your truck. Or, as noted, you could always make a civilian version of the rig and post it in trucks.
I have posted a few builds in both categories, having recently built a Scammell Pioneer, which is a WWII truck ,in the the truck section, because I built it as a civilian rig -
Up to you!
Cheers

Thanks for the input, this member put a similar build here though in 1:35th: British AEC Matador 1:35 - Armor/AFV / WWII Allied - KitMaker Network
Mine will definitely be in military scheme so I will look around ( alot to learn as I am a new member here ).
I need a pallet cleansing Tamiya build - this should do it .
These kits are one of the real bargains in the modeling world - excellent Tamiya quality and engineering and just under 21 bucks from Scale Hobbyist.
