Following the link below the video and a little googling leads to the Salisbury Plain Training Area (SPTA) near Wiltshire.

This is a Military track crossing a ‘civvy’ road A345, Salisbury/Netheravon road. Of note, the Volvo estate/station wagon early on, turning south onto the A345, this is a well known rat-run for the locals.
From memory (I grew up & worked around there) this is most likely this is just North of Durrington, the military trackto the west leads to Larkhill training area, with hard standing staging areas.

The tank crossing is known as “Charlie Crossing” and gets quite busy.
