It’s got a solid A-pillar and much bigger quarter windows, and the grille centre divide is more solid as well.

It is close but the car that was asked about has a split windscreen and running boards
Maybe that car but a later model year ?
I wonder if it’s mislabeled as an Opel. Searching for Opels of that era I don’t see many with suicide doors.
