(AUG 15th )…Today I repair the broken parts from the railing , glued back on the antenna and light post , finally start to add the last details to the building !!

When I was a kid (almost 100 yrs. ago ) you could buy one in the LHS for 0.59 $ (CAN 59 cents!!). A few years ago I bought one on ebay for over USD $40 - I’m not good at math, but that seems to be several thousand % increase!
BTW, if you want another one I’m prepared to sell mine at a loss (CAN $40), still unbuilt in box. We both live in Montreal area.
“No, the Airfix one is 1/76-72-ish scale”. Yeah…I’ve known that for at least 60 years when I bought one (not the current one!) Airfix’s structures were HO/OO, although since HO is 1/87 (some releases labeled the kit as “HO/OO”, and some as “1/87”), those buildings might have been a little large. I was asking a rhetorical question - did Airfix release some 1/48 I was not aware of?
