1/16th. Hobby Boss Tiger I REDUX

I’ll be watching, interesting project! did you expect a tiger from Andy? will you build?

I’ll be ordering the Tiger from Andy com february if I’m still alive.
This is an old build that I did years agoe, I had them all on the cloud and thought that I lost them all.
There are probably a lot of modelers that missed it.
It’s a ex Rc model.

In that last photo, you’ve set the track adjustment to the limit, maybe beyond.
Is it movable?
Shouldn’t fix it until you’re actually setting your track tension with all wheels on.

David

They are loose so the tension can be adjusted after the track is installed/

Funny that you should point out the “no cut out” in the final drive housing.

It DID have a cut out - but not beside the swing arm.
Because the left and right housings were the same part. There was no “left” or “right”.

after all, the tiger from Andy’s hobby will be much better than this.

At the time when I built this kit I didn’t know.
That was about 3 to 4 years ago.
If you look at the Build Title you will se REDUX
which
means re post or re issue

Donald

Nobody outside museums seems to know that little fact. Including model companies.

David

Thanks for the info. I’m shure you’ll keep an eye on Andys Tiger.

Donald

the point is not in redux, but in the build kit itself. I’m talking about the qualitative difference between the models themselves for assembly.))

Qualitatively it’s not a bad kit it just needs a little work to make it look better.
For example the next Pic. #027 note the difference between it and #024 .

Now starts the Zimmerit .

The Zimmerit is from Attak Models from Poland
More tomorrow
