Though I have reference books, their illustrations are hand ones so I cannot be too sure of the actual colors. Even looking such uniforms on the internet doesn’t help-the garments are many years old and probably faded over time.

The green uniforms worn in the field faded fast and had starch applied and salt stains from sweat so a sageish color.

The Fading Effect: Sage Green was notorious for fading rapidly under intense sunlight and harsh field laundering. Well-worn 1950s USMC utilities often washed out to a very pale, pale grey-green, or took on a faint, chalky turquoise hue. From At the Front
