35th Annual World War 2 Weekend (MAAM, Reading, PA) June 5-7 2026

Hi Folks!

I hope you are all doing well! The Event I am referring to is not about scale modeling but is great for seeing a huge number of WW2 vehicles, Airplanes, dressed people etc. I think there is a lot to discover, to get some more inspiration or getting detail photos of vehicles/ aircrafts.

At least on Friday there will be also a pretty big military flea market. I remember from last year that some people did sell Scale Modeling Kits!

If anyone is coming, let me know and maybe we will be able to do a little meetup!

I try to be there Friday and Saturday. The flea market is only Friday as far as I know. But I also plan on doing a lot of photos and meeting some people
If you know more, if you are coming or not, feel free to reach out

Unless there’s been a change the flea market is open all weekend, I’ve been going on and off for years.

I used to go every year. Great displays. Parking can be a problem. They have shuttle busses to take you from the parking area to the main gate though.

not sure, on the website it’s only mentioned for Friday. I am excited, most of the time I just look but this year I may get a scale modeling kit or two

This year I also bring my Z9 for photos and not just my phone.

If you’re in the area, apparently there is another WWII themed event outside of Nazareth PA at the end of the month. I may be going to that with my model building buddy as well.
