The earthing wires are a nice touch but they don’t stay there when not in use otherwise they would be a FOD hazard. You only need one per aircraft.

I have talked with my friend Fran, Spanish F-18 crew chief, and indeed, the earthing must be connected to the aircraft as it’s parked and closed.

So I will try to connect one of the wires to the aircraft this evening.

After a month a half , I could shot some pictures with sunlight.

And a final touch I added. I’m not sure about leave it or remove it.
