Bluetank is a Taiwanese company distributing ex-Nitto kits in most cases. This would be rebox of the Nitto LVT version with new parts done in 1985. It’s original parentage is 1968…
Blue Tank was still releasing kits in the early 2000’s.
As Petbat says original incarnation appears to be 1968

Except for the tracks, it doesn’t look that bad.
No, I warn you - Bluetank kits really suck. I mean they REALLY suck! They are bad cheap copies of bad cheap kits. This is actually an LVT (A) 4. They don’t even get the nomenclature right and they don’t care. I thought all these kits had long since been binned and turned into Pepsi bottles to protect modelers worldwide. The detail isn’t there, what is there is wrong, and the parts don’t fit. I’m not usually a negative person but I’d advise you to toss this kit and buy the Italeri version if you want to build this vehicle. Life’s too short! Bluetank kits are truly a turd in a box!

Yes its not good ,tracks less said the better , some strange bollard things one at front center ,one each corner at back. Have not seen any on photos…
