Badger Patriot problem

Hi there

I’m having trouble with my ‘brush. I’m trying to put some Vallejo wash 1-4 onto a build and the brush is either blowing bubbles out of the nozzle ring or spraying at a weird “ high and right” angle from the nozzle. I’ve cleaned everything incl the tiny holes around the nozzle retainer ring.

Any suggestions folks?

Denimo.

Inspect the nozzle tip carefully. It sounds like there is a chip or bur on the tip that is disrupting the airflow and not allowing it to pull paint properly. If it is a bur, it can carefully be sanded and polished out. If it is a chip, you will need a new nozzle.

For high and right, check for a slighlty bent needle.
For the bubbling, you could check for a loose nozzle, which I’m sure you have already done. So then it might be the seal (O-ring) tht is damaged.
A tiny piece of paint could cause both problems,

Thanks to everyone who replied. I’ll look into this on Friday.

Cheers all.
