Ah, they look nice too. Can’t seem to find any from either manufacturer in the UK. Maybe not arrived here yet.

I was under the impression Phase Hanger had the only correct depth intakes. I was thinking using a Steel Beach FOD cover set.
Looking at the kit earlier this week that a club member had, with small drill bits you can make the plastic gun look good. Granted the Master set does look nice.
I don’t have any intel on the wheels.

Thanks Ryan. All these aftermarket manufacturers are a whole new world to me. The Def Models sets are on their home page. https://www.defmodel.com/
They have a nice looking seat with two cover options, and a much better pilot than the kit one, which is quite soft in detail.
I particularly like the cannon, which comes with the wheel set, nice comparison with the kit part here.
Def Model does make some great products. Love the weighted wheels.
Providing options to models who might have access to some products.
This is an older thread, I know, but I thought I’d mention that I’ve started the 1/48 Academy A-10C, and thus far, it’s been a very easy, straightforward build. I have the Phase Hangar engine intakes and exhausts, wheels, ejection seat, and ladder, and I’m waiting on the Quinta cockpit 3D decals, and a few sets of exterior decals from Two Bobs and Speed Hunter Graphics, both printed by Cartograph. And, last but not least, Great Wall Hobby is supposed to release another new tooled 1/48 A-10 sometime in 2023, and based on other GWH kits, it’s possible that that kit may even be better than the Academy. Just FYI.
If you are not in too much of a hurry I would wait to get the new tool GWH kit due out this year. I want to say its the C model but I’m not positive if not then go with just released Academy A-10C.
