Find some pink spray paint at a car shop. It doesnt have to be tamiya.

At the risk of making things complicated, I’d use Halfords white primer (added in several thin coats rather than one thick one as it tends to be more runny than their grey) and then spray a pink mix of Tamiya red & white before doing the yellow or orange top coat. The white grips the plastic, the pink gives a base colour, and the rest is art.
