Building a giant : Dragon Sherman 1/6

Totally understand and hopefully you will get this looking just as good and authentic as the Sherman … Good luck with it

I already did a first try with this guy here but the colour does not match:

Is it me or does he look like Bogart from the movie Sahara?

Very nicely done!

Yes he does lol

Wow this is impressive not just in size but detail

Did fill some sandbags with real gravel.

Super-impressive, words don’t seem big enough anymore & my collection of 1:35 armour just shrank to braille scale before my very eyes. Your weathering’s pretty good already – maybe park it in the back yard, chuck a bucket of soil over it & then retrieve after a couple of months – job done.

Self weathering, hm that would probably be a LOT cheaper but not so satisfying:-)

I started to rework one of the figures and did the upper part as comparison:

Boots still to go

He’s definitely getting that lived-in look! (But his skin needs some dirt too…)

I startet to give the face a more dirty look but carefully:

Wow that really pops! Don’t forget his hands…

So now only the boots are missing as do not have the right pigments:
