Hi All
After seing the HBO’s “Chernobyl” I had to make one of these abandoned fire trucks.
It’s the ICM kit, with resin wheels from Def Models and a load of scratch building.
Feel free to comment.
Excellent work!
Nice!
No radioactive people?!
Outstanding finishing work. Excellent rust effects. A chilling scene.
Fantastic work!

Exquisite! Thank you for sharing.
Wonderful!!!
I can feel the radioactivity through the screen.
Nice work!
Very nice. Great job at extreme weathering.
Brilliant build!
Very well done

Excellent work, looks really good
Well said!
Makes one want to get the Geiger Counter out to be safe…wink
Fantastic!! Really love it. Jealous of your weathering, and that rusty fence…
Only point I would have done different: tires, they would probably have gone a bit soft seeing this truck has been standing around for quite a while…
Agreed. As I looked at it more closely, I thought the same thing.
I agree on the tires. They would have been flat all of them, but my original plan was, to have the truck sitting in a field, and therefore having sunk deep into the ground.
I think it looks great!
Like I said, that is the only thing, for the rest I think it looks fabulous!!
Spectacular realism
Very cool derelict scene , tires ? , not a game changer , everything else screams post apocalyptic , abandoned detritus of forgotten mistakes that turned a town to a wasteland .
Everything’s fun and games till a flawed reactor design that was operated with inadequately trained personnel …
