If you have any, Iā€™d love to see some of the in-progress photos of the work. In any event, that for sharing that with us!

Hi,

Thank you very much for the warm welcome and your kind words. I was rushing with the build so I could take it to Babaryba 2024 - Warsaw Model Show. Here are the only pictures i took during the build:

However if you are interested with the build process please visit my other thread with military model of DKW NZ350 from 1944: Tank_1812 has already given the link, but here it is again.

It is the same motorcycle but there are several changes introduced in order to equip the military version or simply connected with the shortage of the materials.

The differences of the civilian version are listed below:

  • Larger headlight
  • Shock absorber spring cover with DKW Autounion logo
  • Fuel tank with knee pads, ignition on the left ant fuel cap on the right
  • Different crash protection
  • Different driver seat mount
  • Denfeld seat for the driver
  • Blitz battery
  • Bosch horn
  • Different electric box
  • Different rear mudguard
  • Different engine block:

The next model I plan to build using the DKW parts is going to be the soviet copy of the motorcycle - ISH350:
