Apparently, there’s a company that makes custom 3D printable figure designs based on photo submission:

I have not tried it myself but the price is quite low. Of course, you’d need a 3D printer or an access to one after getting the data.

I searched eBay, and good luck finding resin figures that are NOT Chinese knockoffs!

I purchased several figures from the ETSY 1/35 3D figure lady in Hong Kong and the figures look exactly like the photos; they are excellent.

My 1/35 pirate’s RPK machine gun’s barrel snapped off during shipping and she will send me another replacement free. Great customer service and communications; I recommend her.
