Bravo
Thank you Phil.
Here you go @Russelle
She’s in the cue for shipping out to the new owner. There’s still a bit of construction left on the inner box, but this was a big step.
Thank you for all the kind comments.
Used a basic form fitter tool to create a body shape for the shipping fitting form. Tough one this, but the money goes to the dismembered. It breaks my heart to see people missing a limb(s) having to struggle.
Glue gun was used on connection points and the tips of wood sticks to make certain they don’t pop off during transport.
More when time permits.
Thanks @kunjuro for the thumbs up.
Hi Friends,
Time to package this one up to send it home.
Corner walls had to be custom made.
Making the small boxes for the delicate parts. These Excel handles have a nice rubber grip.
The canopy got special attention.
Should be safe during shipping.
Clear tape for the person to see where to cut and where not to.
Lots of reinforcement.
A window where the highly delicate parts are.
The cradle is surrounded with Poly-fil to cushion the ride.
And off she’ll soon fly. Thanks Guys and Gals for having a look. God bless.
More fantastic attention to detail and care… Whoever opens this up will know just by the care that went into the packaging just how great the kit will be inside … Do the people you build for follow the actual progress in here as well… Or will this be the first time the 35 gets seen ?
