Nice to see the Jagdpanther there…..I believe it was not displayed last year when I was there. Did you see the Jagdtiger? I was wondering how the restoration was going?

Jagdpanther was restored since last year and I think the jagdtiger is in storage.

Yes I saw the Jagdtiger last year in one of the garages being restored. I spoke to the curator about it.

I gotta tell you it seems so strange to me to see so much armor at Ft. Benning, “The Home of the Infantry” … at least for this grunt in the 70’s and 80’s that’s what it was called !!

The Jagdpanther was in the garage when I was there as well. Glad to see the Hetzer and what appears to be a StuH 42. Guess I need to pay better attention to the Facebook page but this wasn’t a good weekend for me anyway.
I’m still wondering if anything will be done to at least halt further deterioration on the hydrostatic drive Panzer IV around back. Isn’t that the only one left?
