Thank you.

And thank you too, Bradley.

Basic construction of both 463L’s is complete. Just need to add D ring tie downs,

I’d like to see the after of her after a 2 hour road march in the back of that thing :joy:

It may have been two hours, but I’m not sure it was a road march.

So they use the steel “20mm” boxes now? The original ammo cases were black plastic:

Djiti and Eureka XXL make them:

Both can be seen being used at the same time.

The wooden boxes contain the links. I’ll have to build some of those as well.
You can see the Eureka black plastic boxes just on the left edge of my diorama photo.
Both the Djiti metal and plastic boxes are out of proportion. That’s why I had to do my own metal ones. But I’ve always done them that way. It’s about time someone produced them, but the word I have is it’ll take several months.

Oops, I missed those.
For anyone wanting to model them, the Djiti and Eureka sets pop up on ebay from time to time.

I just finished scratch building the bases for a couple of bulk containers.
One will have the cardboard sides and top (yet to be built) and the other will be displayed like this. The tuff box is a perfect fit.

OK, I just realized you have some scratch built (?) aircraft pallets. What’s next, a 1/35 scale C-17 or C-130?

Yes, they’re farther up the thread. No, I’ll wait on the C-130, but you can bet I’ll buy it when it comes out. In the meantime they do fit in a CH-47…

I had to step back from this yesterday and work on something a litttle bigger.
The 3D footman loops, the tiny little ammo links - it was all starting to take a toll.
But this morning I thought I’d work on some of the rockets for the Bradley. Holy cow, Batman!

The decal on the left is about .75 x .75 mm. It may be the smallest decal I’ve ever applied.

There are ten decals per rocket. I’ve put on four on just one rocket so far and I’m ready to work on something else, like a 1:1 steam locomotive.
Still, they’re going to look good. I guess I have the luxury of only decaling one side of each rocket if I choose.

Looks outstanding. 1/35 C-130? That’ll put a dent in your [nonexistent] garage space.

There’s still room near the ceiling. I don’t have that much stuff.

Still waiting to regain vision.

Some LAWs:

I found yet another kind of tuff box/Pelican case (on the left) to compliment the others. Variety is good:

It even fits perfectly into the long axis of bulk container base, whereas the other style fits into the short axis.
