MENG announced their new kit.
OOOoooooooh baby. Come to Papa. Lovely stuff.
Fancy this one @MartinBird87 ?
My word…would you look at it! I feel that winter camo idea coming back.
Thats going straight on the want list
Oh mh goodness.. a little leak of excitement has occured here…
K
On my birthday list!
You can also see a doctor about that Paul ![]()
I would wait until actual production vehicles hit the street. This is based off preproduction demonstrators that will undoubtably be outdated/updated when they are actually fielded around 2030. At a minimum, I bet they update the M151 RWS to a newer German version, among other changes/upgrades.
It seems like every 6 months there is a new version Leopard. How many of us still haven’t built the 7v yet?
But he’ll only tell me to keep away from excitement ![]()

Too late… I already have the Amusing Hobby version.
What I’d like is a production version of the Israeli Eitan APC. Apparently, the Hobbyboss one is based on a prototype version.
Meng makes some really nice kits of Israeli equipment. I have almost all of them.
7? I haven’t finished one since the Tamiya Leo 1.
I’m sure that RFM will do one as well now.

From Revell maybe: Revell Military vehicle - RV3360 | Hannants
EDIT: It’s listed as 1/72, but believe it’s actually 1/35
I mean the actual tank, not a model. The tank is still in development and not expected to be fielded until 2030.
You may be right. The Revell kit is a Leopard 2A7A1 which according to this article is an interim version. KNDS Deutschland unveils Leopard 2A7A1 tank with Trophy protection system
Just another none-A8.
It’s a show tank. A single one. Not functional.

May take that long to get the kit
built…
Looks good, but I think another Leo 2 would make 8 and that seems a little excessive. The Korean K2 ‘Black Panther’ is next on my tank list.
I’ve built this-goes together like a Lego.
