BSB, is that like the British color Standard Camouflage Number Two, or ‘Fresh Dogs**t Brown’?
Under the concept of “mission creep”, time to escalate beyond unicorn barf:Poop With the Unicorn, Squatty Potty.
Escalation endorsed!! My son showed me this commercial years ago. I had forgotten all about it. Thanks (?) for jogging my memory. Too funny.
I just found today that there’s like a 20 minute YouTube video by The squatty potty company about making of that commercial! I’ve watched a few minutes of it. It’s a lot of fun, too.
No coincidence that the soft-serve ice cream machines on Navy ships are referred to as auto-dogs…
If they want to dissuade smokers, plaster a picture of a diseased smokers lung after an autopsy on a pack
Yeah you’d think so, but they started doing that 10 years ago in Oz and I just carried on smokin’ as did hundreds of thousands of others. Atrophied toes, photos of semi- cadavers wracked with cancer etc. – like any other addiction you protect yourself by believing it can’t happen to you. It’s a sickness only the sufferer can overcome, I finally drew the line a year & two weeks ago. But if you offered me a cig now I’d smoke it like a shot.
I actually liked some of those military-type colors Toyota was painting their cars several years ago. First time I saw one rolling down the street I thought, wow, Africa Korps sand brown!
I dunno. I kinda like it. Seems a sensible color for a pickup
Speaking of colors, I have some metal linked tracks coming for an M113 model. They are bare metal. Can anyone recommend a good way to prime them and a base coat and then give them a semi rusted worn look? Also, what can anybody recommend for an accurate color for the track pads?
My niece started smoking at 16 (her mother was a chimney). About 6 years later while studying nursing she had to compare a smokers lung versus a non smokers. She was so disgusted by the smokers lung she never had another cig
I have used it and it works well. Costly though.
Thank you for the link. Amazing to see the transformation. This is great information to tackle the weathering look
Honestly, I would do it at least once just for the experience from the process. However I think I could lay a set of Fruil next to Tamiya piece together, next to Tamiya bands, and with all of them on a Tiger I dont think you could tell the difference.
But they are kinda fun to build.
