Thank you very much!

Looks good, plus that figure set is excellent.

Thanks, it is the Stalingrad set of Sovjet soldiers under fire, in this dio they will be Egyptian POW’s.

@bwilt did you do any modifications to make them Egyptian?

I scraped away their trousers on some of them, they are sitting in their underwear… cut of their webbing and bags… otherwise nothing.

Nice details and attention to same !!!

Bert @bwilt this is really impressive! I haven’t been to this post in a while but this morning I scanned through it and Wow!, there’s a heap of work in this dio, I’m gonna have to come back and study your builds to amp up the stowage on my AFV’s, that’s one of the hardest things about re-creating a convincing combat vehicle for me but you seem to have a good handle on it. Keep pluggin’ away at it man, it’s looking great! :+1:

Thank you very much for those very kind words but I don’t know if you’ll learn anything from me, probably the other way around !

Well, these objects are getting close to being finished…
The Tamiya Scout…

The Zvezda version

And the BRDM, still needs a good it of work…

And a group of figures…

Really beautiful work.
BTW on the second Scout there is a sticker which isn’t appropriate to your dio time frame, it fit only to the time of the war of Israel independence in 1948.

Thanks :+1:!

And yes, you are right, but this one is representing a last surviving vehicle from 1948 which was most likely not even used anymore in 1967… but fantasy is a great thing

Of course you are right, your imagination is what counts when designing your build.
I only mentioned it because I thought you were after more historical accuracy.
That been said I must compliment you on your build.

Last additions to the models, extra figure to man the radio and antenna’s for the Tamiya,

and hubcaps for the Zvezda…

Flat tires to the BRDM, dusted them up, added the front armour plate, and last one finished…

Guess I will be starting on something to place them all onto…

Boring … nah …
Watching various polymers and latex solvents and binders dry on a wall is boring .
