And another shelf-queen (of sorts) gets finished. This display represents the Irish Army Special Forces aka Army Ranger Wing, Fianoglach being the closest to a translation of “Ranger”.
The various items were picked up over the years and a couple of years back I finally managed to snaffle the unit flashand tab.

What a beautiful thing to sign in and see this afternoon! Its a cracking looking way to display the patches and emblems. Is the bottom right a ‘Sniper’ patch?
That’s superb Paul; 10 years on from retirement and I still haven’t gotten my memorabilia/insignia displayed appropriately - so shame on me! This might, just might, give me the kick up the arse I so obviously need.
