After looking at many photos of the workbench, I realized that no one puts their elbows on the table when working and does not even have such an opportunity. I myself am like that, but this is because the previous 15 years I simply could not move close: my wife gave me a good and expensive chair, but it did not fit under the table.
It seems to me that the watchmaker’s posture would be good: the hands get tired less and the parts fall on the table, and not on the floor. In the end, watchmaking is much older than modeling and they have accumulated more experience.
I myself try to change the position, but it does not work out very well. What do you think about this?
