My old school setup has finally failed me and I am in the market for a newer light box. Any suggestions on something reasonably priced and easy to pack away.

Yes! I purchased a collapsing portable led lightbox from Green Stuff several years ago for approximately $22.00 U.S.
I would post some pics that I have but for some reason(s) unknown to me the pics that I have tried to upload to my comments don’t make it past the “processing upload” stage.
The size is great for my 1/24-1/25 scale figures, but a little too small for my 1/25 scale 4 door American cars.
I think I purchased it from Michigan Toy Soldier.
