Is that an IDF combat vehicle crewman’s helmet she’s carrying?
It might just be a regular helmet with no cover on it.
Ken
IDF has had female tank companies and mixed gender battalions for awhile now.
Found this from the times of israel about October 7

There Are two versions of this both using a remotely operated rafal weapons system mounted on the roof. But you don’t see them very often I saw one on display one year . The first version is maned and the driver uses a joystick to operate it the second is a completely remotely operated D9R driven by someone behind the lines and the Gunner is in a chair next to them . This helps protect the equipment used to remote drive the vehicle… on hell of an RC toy…
You’re gonna make me fall for another jewish girl again… although she had the blackest hair…
Yes for a few decades as I recall but they were instructor/training units. Seems like they have been moved to a more frontline role then in the past.
They went operational just over 12 months ago https://www.timesofisrael.com/embargo-1300-idf-solidifies-role-of-all-female-tank-crew-after-two-year-trial-deemed-a-success/
9th photo Achzarit with the strange box on the left rear.
Great detailed photos, thanks for posting.
It is an M1083 5-ton FMTV on the right, looks like it has an armored cab as well.
Something like this.
Trumpeter makes the standard cab version.
Our own @MikeyBugs does a 3D printed LTAS cab.
I used his cab on my M1085 PATRIOT ECS build.
The pictured truck has a longer cargo bed
I guess it’s based on a LWB M1085 truck

Here’s another view
H.P.
It could be. The M1085 is pretty easy to build by stretching the frame and adding additional length to the bed. Sort of what I did in my build above, but the bed is different on the version I built.
Any pictures of JLTV in IDF?
Mortar Carrier APC Guntrack
Yeah, and I’m not about to invoke health and safety in the work place legislation and tell them, “don’t stand on the mortar.”
Did collar and cuffs match?
