If it comes recast in the new grey resin they are using, it may well be a lot better than the old kit. The striker I had was a very old cast in the sand coloured resin and had lots of issues (as I know your Chieftain ARRV did Peter). They are worth contacting though as they are customer friendly and I know it would take a while (for U.S & Oz), but I have heard they are very good replacing damaged parts ?
