Don’t forget other companies make some of these vehicles.
I know. He just specifically asked about Trumpeter kits.
Too bad that I built my Skif T-64BV many years ago. My Dragon T-80’s are gonna be from this war.
For those in the know (definitely not me), what Meng or amusing hobby kits can be used for tanks/vehicles seen in the Ukraine crisis?
The Meng Gaz Tiger. I have two photos of the same vehicle from different angles… Burnt to a crisp.
And the Meng Pantsir. Photos out there of it burning merrily away also.
Scratch building supplies for models of Russian vehicles invading Ukraine:
My mistake-didn’t read it fully.
Thanks guys.
When I posted that question I was actually thinking “Frenchy will have something”…
Your like the Military Google Machine.
LOL
If you build a Russian vehicle for “Putin’s Special Event” or the Russo-Ukraine War of 2022 as we like to call it, it must be:
- Brand new off the dealers lot fully fuel and stocked, and abandoned by the side of the road.
Or
B. Burnt to a puddle of molten metal, by the side of the road.
Anything else is really not accurate. Pls. note the colors of the ppl. below, little blue and yellow…
EDIT:
I remember the Russian Military being alot tougher NO?
I wonder if anyone will finally sculpt accurate 1/35 and 1/16 Javelin, N-LAW, and Stinger missiles and their gunner launcher figures. I know that has been a popular unfulfilled request for many years.
I’m getting a resin printer and looting some 3d files, a Javelin gunner is right below Canadians crewing a TOW missile on my list.
apparently the farmers with their tractors aren’t the only ones liberating russian military kit
The sad news is the Russians have started stealing tractors so they can steal their stuff back. On the other hand there is a video of some Ukrainian civilians who have got a tank going and are driving it away. Sorry I can’t find the links again…
Cheers,
M
Too many clear parts on the Tiger for me haha. I was thinking more towards a t-72 or t-90 if any of those have been used so far?
That burnt look would be a great paint and weathering project!!
While looking for Ukrainian armor pics I came across this one
Too bad it’s from 2015, not 2022…
(I guess the mudflaps come from a Belarus/MTZ farm tractor…)
H.P.
Maybe they will not burn it down this time … :
H.P.
and great to see hub leaks on all the LH wheel stations lol… but a nice reference clip for my Pantsir … they should just drive it into a barn and hide it !
