Liked to know story behind the Alaskan plate.

The plate appears to be the same as the one seen on the blue Land Cruiser that the former Jesse Pinkman (with the new name of Mr. Driscoll) drives off in at the end of Vince Gilligan’s El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie.
