I aim to please lol
Could be one of thoughs woods walking maps of the area.
lol … very true
Second that. I had an MP5 for a year and it was one of the best things to shoot (along with an USP and a HKP30).
Artillery, king of the battlefield…
And, a near complete walk-around for those interested in modelling this,
So apparently turret traverse is not required because those 6 uprights would severely limit that. If that’s the case the turret should be oriented to the rear because that’s the only direction I see this monstrosity running.
Good one
Riding the rails in Crimea.
Tamiya just needs to add some new decals and then roll out their T-55 kit again
(I checked, nr 202 isn’t on the original decal sheet …)
This might be the new RFM T55A kit.
Can you imagine how much vegetation you could mount on this roving billboard. It would look like an entire tree moving across the landscape. You could have a grand picknick under the camouflage.
They reactivated the T 62’s. Now the T 55’s are being reactivated. Honestly, what is left to be pulled from the attic? My thought would be to swap out the T 62’s and T 55’s to regular army units not at the Ukrainian front, and pull their T 72’s and send them to the Ukraine instead.
You know, this means that the regular army, not in the Ukraine, probably is getting little training due to material shortages. Ammo and repair parts are headed to the Ukraine.
At least the T 55’s will be easier to train the new recruits on.
My understanding is that the older tanks are being used as artillery pieces since they are running short on artillery ammo and have huge stockpiles of old tank ammo. They are not being used as traditional tanks in their defensive lines.
Even if they were used in tank roles, it would still be depleting the UA anti tank stockpiles. That could be to RA’s advantage.
Now the odd shape makes sense. Cant see any practical use to them though … more than likely just to get ripped off sooner than later.
