I had been saving pics to a USB memory stick. Last night it decided to die…

Upside is, I am once again viewing all the great pictures you guys have posted here . Thanks again H.P. Ruzzaa and co.

Wow, I didn’t know those things could die!

I’ve got a box full of dead USB keys…And I’m too lazy to try resurrecting them

Recover data from a dead USB Flash Drive

Now I prefer using an external SSD (even though it’s the same technology…isn’t it )

Yeah sadly I didnt realise it until it was to late and I lost hundreds of scanned images form my serving time … USBs and Discs if you have ever used them to record stuff on all have an end life when they can start to corrupt and become unusable … Although its a pain, I now usually renew and transfer anything I have on a USB every 5 to 6 years. Good thing is,they are all pretty cheap nowadays.

Looks like the new topic “more Russian propaganda” is not free-access.

That’s why I intentionally put it here, so more people could read it. And it is Armor in Ukraine after all. I guess some people need to stay occupied. No, not the Ukrainians.

Some guys have too many AKs on their hands
