Shows their main priority is their people , similar to the Israeli’s ,you can always get more gear but if you dont look after you people then all the equipment in the world is useless with no one to use it!

Completely agree with you on that. Equipment is replaceable and the Ukrainians have equipment to spare; soldiers are a more delicate commodity - especially skilled soldiers with combat experience. Unlike the Russians, that tend to consider their own soldiers as an expendable asset. The Ukrainains cannot afford to lose soldiers at the same rate the Russians are.
