those would make an interesting subject to build, does anyone make them in 1/35?

Not that I know of. The Ceasar was originally designed by the Franch GIAT Industries as a 155mm SP gun on a 6x6 chassis. The Danish have adopted it to an 8x8 Tatra 817 chassis w/a four-man cab.

Ok, this looks like ithe gun shield was pulled off a burned out APC and added to this one.

Is that a very faded looking NATO camo on the APC itself?

I think there’s a heavy layer of dust on it.
Not sure how much of the appearance is fade vs dust.

Yeah, tricky one to work out. An interesting patina to try and recreate on a model.

No. The APC was repainted with Russian camouflage colors.

Nope! that is standard 3 color NATO-flage with a lot of dust/fading on it.
Why would Ukraine paint an M113 in Russian colors?
