As far as I know there are two 3D printed kits on the market.

I remember seeing some of them at Bagram AB in A-stan back in 2006

the worst part of that build will be the flails

With the right references - easy peasy.

Making them spin would be cool - a hidden motor underneath the base, driving a rubber belt. Of course there’d be huge dust cloud. Or perhaps that in itself would suffice.

amusing hobby has a kit of this with their T90A

The Photo of the model is from that kit

5M Hobby also did a multimedia kit of this a few years before AH that far surpasses the Amusing kit in detail, but finding it is just about an impossibility.
