OK so its Monday morning and Im piz…ed off. Several days ago I used a rattle can of Vallejo Olive Green to paint my model. (Miniart P47). It still “sticky”. Now what? I want to give it a clear coat for decals and weathering. Grrrrrr.
Ouch. Sorry to hear that.
I have heard that you can hit such with something like testor’s dullcote but the couple of times I’ve had this issue (NOT with Vallejo spray cans), I ended up stripping the paint with alcohol and starting over.

I guess all you can do is try spraying a scrap piece of plastic, assuming that also stays sticky after several days hit it with clear coat and inspect result. At the same time maybe use another scrap piece to test Phil’s suggestion too. Anything to avoid stripping, you’ll frighten the ladies

Give it time. It’s not going anywhere. There was an incident several months ago where a modeler didn’t allow the paint to cure and then apparently clear coated it - with disastrous results. Work on your stash. Your novel. That bathroom project your wife’s been nagging you about. It’ll cure eventually. I have that problem sometimes, and then two days later the very same paint cures just fine. Who knows why?

Wot? Do one of the wifes ‘nags’? Now thats a ridiculous suggestion. 
That will set a dangerous precedent.
Ive wet sanded areas and that has actually turned out a positive. Gave the paint a low sheen and bought out the detail.
Ill give it a few more days and then see what happens. It may be the cold weather we are having. Only about 18c each day.

The more humid the longer it takes to dry.
Looking around on Google makes me think its an issue with Vallejo paint.
Repeating muyself: Vallejo is the only paint I tossed in the dustbin.
I would recommend to put that kit in a dustfree environment and to wait for as long as needed. One day it will not be sticky anymore and then you can ccntinue. Any attemtp of advancing now may end in disaster.
and perhasp, toss that vallejo sh!t in the dustbin
