New to forum

Hi All,
Looking for a modelling group of like minded people. I model for fun and relaxation anything that takes my fancy. Currently working on a 1:144 Revell Super Hornet decal stage. First attempt at this scale fiddly but enjoying myself with the challenge. Once I figure the posting process out I’ll upload with imgur. I was a long time member in the Finescale forum but have been unable to long in for months now.

Welcome aboard!
I’m sure that you will find many likeminded, our interests and opinions are all over the place. Truly multicultural, some are musicians, some are active or previous military, there is a wide variety of interests.

Images can be posted by drag-and-drop from your computer or
copying a link to some image-service and pasting it into the posts.
Photobucket used to be free so many of us used it, then they decided to start charging so PB-images showed up as a stop-sign instead. Unlimited aggravation followed, many PB-accounts terminated.
Links (to images or other stuff) can also be tucked away behind text by using this little icon

When you click it you get this pop-up (posted by paste, Ctrl-V, from the screen capture tool in Windows)

The little shield thingy indicates that the user is a moderator (we are mostly chasing spam …)

This a great group! If you want to fuel a 1/144th scale addiction, I would also highly recommend https://kampfgruppe144.com. I like the challenge of building in that scale and the finished product takes up less display space. Welcome……

Hi Joe! Welcome to the group. Lots of fantastic members here, at least some of whom will meet your like minded requirements. A few are a bit unbalanced but make up for that with expert knowledge and a sense of humour!

Welcome Joe, and also emocleW to the Lefties club, that makes three of us. I’m sure there are others who haven’t come out of the Left-handed closet yet, probably because they’re still pushing at the hinged side. Because as 18bravo said, we are more hinged.

Never been called that. Unhinged perhaps…

Yeah likewise, but we could fix that if only we could find a left-handed screwdriver.
