Anyone ever built one? What are the pros and cons of the kit?

I built the stock Pz IID kit, which is related. It is decently detailed, but some of the parts, especially the engine hatches, need some trimming to fit properly. Recent issues of the kits have a bit of flash IIRC. I am fond of the Pz. II kit, & would build another one. Probably best to at least replace all the tools as well. I never used the kit tracks, opting for workables (in the past, Model Kasten), so have no idea how well they work. They are gluable individual links.

This page on ScaleMates leads to a good video review of the box contents.
An image search for “ICM Panzer II Flamingo” (or something similar) will pull up lots of images of completed models.
Damon’s (Garrand) report above is typical of what you will find.

I stalled out on my build. I have the Bronco now to replace it.
