Lovely new scene Jerry. I I particalry like the track and suspension drop as the Cromwell goes over the crater. And the open pouch is a really nice touch, as is the mud on the knees, but on top of that that is the yet again fantastic painting that goes on the figures.Fantastic shadowing and colours :+1:

Thanks brother!

Working on “wonky helmet covers” this week. Pics show this pretty much during the war. Specially the side clips coming loose.

Thanks for the kudos buddy. I use the AK set for WSS summer cammo. The colors are spot on and also AK is nice and dead matte. I also use the AK set for the erbsenmuster or “pea dot” cammo. I also use Vallejo german dark brown for low shadows and a mix of AK “global highlights” and ivory for the very highest spots and edges.

That’s great thanks :+1:… I’m slowly building up my AK paint supply so those are are next buys :+1::+1:

I also recommend Andreas paints. Finely ground pigments and great colors. Also dead matte.

Nice work on those helmets Jerry- as you said this is often seen with the German camo covers but not really depicted on too many resin or plastic helmets.

Thanks man. I would amend your comment to say “never” seen on plastic or resin helmets. If there are any, I am not aware.
Anybody have an example?? Not being a wise-a-s here. I really am curious.

Just started back making models, my vehicles, I like to think are ok, but my figures aren’t that brilliant. If I can come remotely near yours I will be very happy, keep up the the good work, you are an inspiration

Hey ! First I want to say that I am very impressed with your work and (maybe a stupid question) I do not really understand what it will be I understand that there are different battles during the operation but will these sit together or what / Micke

Thank you Sir! Very kind words indeed,
J

Well, those pics were works in progress so of course you couldn’t know what they were meant to show. This may clear things up.
