Did some research and some trips to the various Ardenne museums … looks like the majority of new Panther initially had all their side-skirts prior the offensive. There is just one photo of 215 with the front right skirt visible during the first days of action.
So I decided to add the skirts … just starting with the weathering process …
The camo scheme is fiction interpretation of existing / similar ones of that period.
