Since you didn’t specify a period, here is a good site for American armor: afvdb.50megs.com has great info and picture on most everything through to the current equipment.
For WWII German, Panzerworld.com has links to sites based on type of vehicle, one of which is panzerphotos.com.
I also just do web searches for a particular vehicle, unit, theater of operations or combination of these, hit the images button and start scanning.
