Question about M1 abrams tank crew picture

No but everybody who is not in an Infantry, Medic, or SF MOS can now qualify for a close combat badge for getting to play rifleman against bad guys.

What does a Close Combat Badge look like? I never heard of it.

It is called the Combat Action Badge, a.k.a. CAB.

Sorry, I called it by the wrong name, thinking of the WWII German Army award of that name which obviously inspired the design. A bayonet and grenade on a horizontal background. Gino posted the US badge and the correct name.

13th Armored Regiment… wow! 13th and 1st Armored Regiments were the two original tank regiments when 1st Armored Division went to WWII.
