RFM VK 45.01 (H) build

I’ll add one more.
I need to fix a floating road wheel with brute force.

Dan, the tracks are looking good! Sounds like you’ve just about got them wrapped A++

Thanks, I always struggle with tracks and I’m sure I will with these guys.

Paint on the barrel and tracks.

Er…are you planning to represent a newly delivered, unpainted barrel in its special grey finish?

Because you’ve applied grey paint to more than the barrel. You’ve also painted the protective sleeve, which is part of the tank.

I’ll live with it.

Back at this. The red is not so bright as it shows in the photos.

Really COOL BUILD not the typical tiger “family”

Looking good!

Thanks all.
Just put a “neutral” filter on it and it did not turn out like I pictured in my mind.
Walking away from it for the night.

I dunno if you’re going to do this or not, but try a pinwash. I think that would make some of the details pop and it would look even better.

I wanted to try something different and put on the wash over the vehicle, normally I do a dot filter.
It didn’t turn out too well and I’m thinking about my next step.
Thanks

Done, didn’t turn out as I hoped, but that’s life.
RFM makes a nice kit.
