I managed to damage the transparent parts of my Typhoon VDV from RPG Model. I reached out to RPG Model customer support to ask if it is possible to buy the transparent part sprue… they answered promptly. However, after providing the rough estimate of the shipping costs the company is not responding. So, I’m waiting for the info on the total costs and the payment options for over two weeks now.
Is there anyone here who had experiences with RPG Model customer support and their replacement part policy?
